Dr. Samuel Kojoglanian (pronounced ko-jo-glay-neen-an), known affectionately as “Dr. Sam” and the “Mender of Hearts,” is a world-renowned, board-certified interventional cardiologist, Christian evangelist, author, medical missionary, international broadcaster, and founder of the Mender of Hearts clinic and Beacon of hearts Ministries, whose passionate about sharing the healing Power of the Gospel and uniquely uniting medicine and faith.
A graduate of the University of Southern California, Dr. Sam earned degrees in Psychobiology and Anatomy before receiving his Doctor of Medicine degree. He completed his medical training in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology and has received numerous honors throughout his career for clinical excellence, compassionate patient care, leadership, and teaching.
As the founder of Mender of Hearts and Beacon of Hearts Ministries, Dr. Sam has devoted his life not only to treating the physical heart, but also to bringing the hope and healing of Jesus Christ to people around the world. Through medical missions, preaching, teaching, writing, and media, his ministry seeks to care for the whole person, body, mind, soul, and spirit.
Dr. Sam is also the host of Rev It Up, a Christian television program combining biblical teaching with his distinctive perspective as a physician and evangelist.
